What is eCommerce?
ECommerce can take many forms as the description is very broad:
Commercial transactions conducted electronically on the Internet.
What is a shopping cart?
A shopping cart is a piece of software that acts as an online store’s virtual shopping trolley where you can order the stores catalog, products incorporating it’s ordering process.
Typically, a shopping cart is the interface between a company’s Web site and its deeper infrastructure, allowing consumers to select merchandise; review what they have selected; make necessary modifications or additions; purchase the merchandise.
Shopping carts can be sold as independent pieces of software so companies can integrate them into their own unique online solution, or they can be offered as a feature from a service that will create and host a company’s e-commerce site.

DelCorp Data integrate payment services on your behalf. Integration means we don’t own or lease out specific software as we don’t own such software.

Some of the popular payment gateways recommended by the Australian government are PayPal, Paymate and eWay, see link below. http://digitalbusiness.gov.au/e-commerce/setting-up-an-online-store/choosing-your-payments-method/
Bank Merchants
Banks offer payment gateways too. They offer great documentation which allows us to follow and get paid directly into your bank account.
I've seen payment brands like Stripe, Braintree and more. What are these?
We can implement both these payment options and other payment gateways into your application. The two brands below are well respected and very well documented coupled with fantastic support.
Braintree
Braintree—a subsidiary of PayPal—is a company based in Chicago that specializes in mobile and web payment systems for ecommerce companies. Braintree emphasizes its easy integrations, multiple payment method options (including PayPal and Venmo), simple pricing, security, and support.
StripePayments
Stripe is an American technology company, operating in over 25 countries, that allows both private individuals and businesses to accept payments over the Internet.
Other brands
If you see a brand you are not familiar with, try getting in touch with them, the easier it is to get in touch and they respond the easier it would be for us, the developers, to troubleshoot any technical issues using a third party payment gateway which isn’t listed here.

We have simplified the process so all you have to do is literally fill in the blanks within our CSV file. Once you have filled this spreadsheet send it to us and we will do the rest.
NOTE: We understand that managing an online store can be daunting and overwhelming, we encourage you to start with a basic line of products so you can launch and get familiar with the process.
