What kind of backups do you take?
We take backups of your website: 1) Public HTML and 2) Database/s on a periodic basis, usually monthly basis.
What happens if we get hit and are in a 'disaster' mode?
The first thing we need to do is understand the gravity of problem and try to mitigate any further damage. Secondly, we assess the problem and try to install the backups.
If you come from a different company and have no back-ups we will investigate to see if we can recover any form of data.
