What marketing services do you offer?
Our specialty is developing an integrated marketing message. What this means is that all channels are sending the same consistent message to all the intended audiences at the right time.

What kind of marketing planning do you offer?
The level of planning will be based on the client and the level of investment. A higher marketing budget will require a careful degree of planning, however with all marketing campaigns you can expect the following at the very least:
- Three month marketing plan
- Activities that will be conducted
- Your feedback will be advised
- Monthly marketing analytics

What is Integrated Marketing Communications?
Integrated Marketing Communications is basically your marketing message pushing the same message to the targetted audience.

What kind of online marketing do you offer?
We offer the following:
– Search Engine Optimisation
– Search Engine Marketing which is paid advertising such as Pay Per Click (PPC)
– Banner advertising
– Social Media Optimisation which is the setup and consistent design of your brand
What about Social Media Marketing (SMM)?
The focus of our Social Media Marketing is the following:
1. We set up the social media branding consistent with all brands
2. We strategise what kind of message/s you would like to convey
3. The copywriting needs to be provided from your end or we can do work with you
4. Rules of social media responses, who comments on what topics
Once the above are addressed we can start.
How long will it take to see results?
This is a case-by-case basis. Reports are published to you at a minimum of one-per-month unless you request higher frequency reporting.
The dependency of your results are based on the following variables:
– Market factors
– Industry factors
– Seasonal trends
– Economic factors
– Past history
– Advertising budget
It is a challenging task to predict when ‘results’ will start to flow in, but you will have a better idea at the three month mark.

What kind of offline marketing do you offer?
Although we don’t necessarily offer dedicated offline services rather we integrate your offline message and combine both messages to push the main message.
We do offer print design and branding services which should be a part of your consistent online & offline marketing message.
To what extend does your branding services travel?
The following are part of our branding services:
– Logo, branding and slogan creation
– Packaging design
– Business stationery: Business cards, signwriting, banner and brochure designs

Who creates the marketing creative?
The campaign creative such as the design, look and feel of the campaign would be organised by DelCorp Data’s campaign manager.
If you feel you would like to have your own creative and input you are more than welcome to your input.
What is the creative approval process?
The creative process is a simple one, it involves:
- A client brief from you
- We send you briefs and drafts
- You can correct, provide feedback, we re-send you the designs awaiting your approval
Once approved we go live with the campaign creatives.
Where will the creative be seen and can I have preview before we go live?
We will email you directly OR if needed we can upload to a website so you can see live, shareable with colleagues.

Who creates the copy?
Normally we do require you to send us the copy, if that isn’t an option we may write the copy but we do advise you obtain professional copy-writing. If above fails we can always write copy for you.

What are marketing analytics?
Marketing analytics is the traffic, client flow and all the efforts designed to convert to an intended purpose. This could be a sales, a download of your catalogue, a trial or email subscriber added to your much needed list.
What do you track?
This is usually something that brings value to your business. You and your consultant will discuss and plan out what needs to be measured.
The bare basics are the:
1) Traffic sources,
2) Page visits to a specific page and
3) The conversions as a bare minimum
