How we proceed with non-clients

As we may have not met or have little to no idea of your project, its background and many other unkown variables, heres what will happen. We will discuss the problem with you, we will do our part and investigate what has happened and what needs to be done to solve any issues.

We will discuss the possible solution/s options available to you from our end. We will present to you a quotation of the costs to solve your issues before we proceed.

If you are new client to our company, please understand that we may not be able to help for the following reasons:

  • Locked access
  • Unfamiliar code
  • Unwilling third parties to cooperate, such as disgruntled vendors/employees/other.
  • Other unknown parameters.

You also understand that allowing us access may relinquish any other arrangements you may have in place with other software providers.

However that said, from our experience, we have solved 99% of issues that have come our way. That’s a big number! Give us a call on 1300 335 267 and let us handle the issues.
